  2. Why Doesn’t NC Entertainment Enter Awards? At NC Entertainment, our greatest reward is seeing our community thrive. We believe recognition should uplift more than just a business—it should celebrate the people, places, and shared efforts that make our region special. That’s why we choose not to enter pay-to-participate awards programs. Instead, we focus on supporting community-led initiatives and sponsoring local awards that highlight genuine contributions and achievements. By keeping our resources in the community, we stay true to what matters most—backing the people who trust us, showing up where it counts, and helping grow the local spirit that inspires everything we do.
  3. All Packages at a fixed price from $495 (Basic DJ Package) 
  4. No, there is no need for a table to set up.  Both of our DJ booth are self-contained system that requires no additional setup. All that is needed is to plug in the power, speakers and the DJ will be ready to go.
  5. Quick Setup & Pack Down Our equipment is designed for quick setup and pack down, ensuring a smooth process with minimal effort by the end of the night, keeping things simple.
  6. Yes, time limitation for the DJ services based on the venue's closing time. Typically, the DJ services will be provided for a duration of 4 to 6 hours, depending on when the venue is scheduled to close. This ensures that the DJ can perform within the allotted time frame and comply with the venue's regulations.  It's important to coordinate with the DJ and the venue to determine the exact timing and ensure that the services align with the scheduled event duration. This will help ensure a smooth and seamless experience, allowing you to make the most of the DJ services within the given time constraints. 
  7. Yes there is a travel cost associated with our services if outside of our area.  This cost covers the distance travelled by us to reach the event location. Additionally, if accommodation is required, there will be an additional charge. The specific terms and conditions regarding accommodation would need to be consulted for more details.
  8. Yes, it is possible to pay by card, and there is a surcharge of 2.2% per transaction. When making a purchase with your card, an additional fee of 2.2% will be added to the total amount you are paying. This surcharge covers any processing fees or expenses associated with card transactions.
  9. Yes, Sunday and  public holidays will incur a surcharge of 20% on the total price .
  10. Quoting: We understand the importance of securing your date, and we are delighted to hold your date for 7 days after the quote has been provided. During this time, the date will be reserved exclusively for you. However, if you have not finalised the booking within this 7-day period, we will release your date to allow others the opportunity to book it. We encourage you to confirm your booking as soon as possible to ensure the availability of our services on your desired date. 
  11. Yes, we can offer a payment plan, so you don’t need to pay the full invoice at once. Let us know your budget and preferred time frame, and we’ll help set up a plan that suits you

  13. Yes we love taking song requests,  Providing song requests adds a personalised touch to the event and ensures that the music aligns with the preferences of the attendees. If there are specific songs you'd like to hear, simply let us know, and we'll do our best to include them in the playlist. We want to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for everyone, and accommodating song requests is one way to achieve that. Feel free to share your song choices, and we'll make every effort to incorporate them into the event's music selection.
  14. Yes We offer a wide selection of songs from classic favourites to the latest hits. Our list is updated regularly with new music, so our clients can always choose from the latest songs and genres. We can also access to online Songs (if stable internet available)
  15. Yes the clients choose the music. With their favourite songs, special songs for that special occassion to a no song playlist. We will also read the room to gauge what songs to play
